1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Products marked as “final sale.”
- Items that have been assembled or used.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@techgeniusx.xyz or call 408-577-0324 within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the item and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any documentation, and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@techgeniusx.xyz or call 408-577-0324. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you. You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of receiving the product.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping fees.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective or damaged items. In the event of a return, if the original purchase included free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
